3-strip design from only £18.95/m2 in 14mm thick tongue & groove board or a 10mm thick board with easyfit clic joint system.

Oak planks starting from only £28.75/m2 in 12mm, 14mm and 15mm thick boards, 148mm, 150mm, 180mm and 189mm wide with bevelled edges on 2 or 4 sides with traditional tongue and groove or clic joint system finished with matt lacquer or UV oil.

Price is determined by several factors:-

1. 3-strip boards are cheaper than a plank design.

2. Total thickness of board - thinner boards are generally cheaper.

3. Thickness of top hardwood layer - thicker hardwood layer increases the product price.

4. Tongue and Groove joint is cheaper (no patent cost to pay for!) although clic joints are quick and easy to fit.

5. Board finish - brushed surface or handscraped finish all adds to the cost of the product.
